Queens judge censured for misconduct

The state Commission on Judicial Conduct has released a decision calling for Queens Supreme Court Justice Duane Hart to be censured for the second time since 2005 for "various acts of misconduct."

Since this is Queens, however, it's been arranged that he'll stay on the bench.

Time to censure the judge who threw out the Gallagher indictment.

Is this one of the judges that's in office because of collusion between democraps and republiCANs to undermine democracy and have elections with no opponents?

If so, we should all call Serf and thank him.

While we're looking at Queens' "justice" system.....
a medical exam of D.A. Brown's ass is in order
to see if he has a fat roll of $100 bills
stashed up there (deftly concealed in a condom)
as a payoff for throwing the Gallagher rape case!

I'll bet that "Parskside's" stamp is all over it!

Something is not kosher.

If today we corrected the process for putting judges on the bench, it would still be more than 2 or 3 generations before the change became noticeable.

And, yes, the three-way sex between Gallagher, Brown and Judge Raciti is one more example of the corruption in the judicial branch in NY.

One more thing. Judge Raciti needs more than censure. Removal would be a minimum start.

I wonder if the above-poster, who stated this, "Is this one of the judges that's in office because of collusion between democraps and republiCANs to undermine democracy and have elections with no opponents?" really believes that a Republican can win in a county-wide election? If so, let me know what I did wrong the times I ran and lost.
